Cooking for Kids with Allergies

The Allergy Free Kitchen came about because of my love of cooking, and my desire to help people, especially children who suffer from debilitating food allergies or gluten or lactose intollerance.

I know from personal experience how difficult it is to find allergy-free food to eat, especially for special occasions like birthdays. I decided to start the Allergy Free Kitchen to provide healthy alternatives for children and adults with food intolerances, food sensitivities and allergies.

I cater for Birthday Parties and Functions as well as every day foods such as bread, pies, pizza and other allergen causing products.
